Responsibility for the processing of personal data

Your privacy is of great importance to Globrands Consultancy Group B.V.; consequently, it complies with the Personal Data Protection Act and European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. Moreover, Globrands Consultancy Group B.V. has anticipated the General Data Protection Regulation, which will replace the aforementioned acts with effect from 25 May 2018. This privacy statement covers all the legislation jointly referred to as ‘Relevant Data Protection Legislation’.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors to our website who are younger than 16 years, unless they have their parents’ or guardians’ permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16.

We advise parents to involve themselves in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data about their children being collected without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data concerning a minor without this permission, please contact us via info@verveagency.com and we will remove this data.

Globrands Consultancy Group processes your personal data for the following reasons:

Globrands Consultancy Group does not sell your data to third parties and will only make it available if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement. We can use the services of the Processors to process your data, for example, to store your data or host the website. We conclude a processing agreement with these companies in order to ensure they treat your data with the same degree of security and confidentiality.

The Processors will only process your data in accordance with our instructions and never for their own purposes. At all times, Globrands Consultancy Group remains responsible for this processing. The Processors we make use of include:  Gripp, Frontapp, Google Suite, Forecast, Basecamp.

We are allowed to transfer data to organisations outside the European Union if one of our Processors is located outside the European Union. However, personal data will only be transferred to countries and organisations that offer an adequate level of protection; a level which meets the standards of the Relevant Data Protection Legislation.
